Qualifications to be a Customer of a Digital Asset Dealer

The company intends to offer its services to the general public, investors, and people who are interested in cryptocurrencies and digital tokens so that the users are able to buy and sell digital assets with the company directly. The target user group must have all the basic characteristics as follows:

• Being an existing customer of the digital asset brokerage service of the company.
• Express intent for using the digital asset dealer service to the company via email, website, or the company's representative. 

Application process for submitting an intent to use the service

Customer who will apply must already have an account to use the digital asset broker service with the company and may express their intent through channels such as Email: support@xspringdigital.com or contact through the company's platform.

Terms and conditions for buying and selling

The digital asset dealer has its business hours at 8:30 - 22:30 Hr., excluding commercial bank holidays and Saturdays and Sundays. The company will limit the total size of transactions, not exceeding 150 million baht per day. When the user buys or sells a digital asset with a specified price, the users will have different timeframes to make a transaction for each type of digital asset which the company will notify to the user of the timeframe of the transaction prior to sending a buy or sell order with the company. 

However, when the user has confirmed the transaction, the user is unable to cancel the order. The user is also unable to re-submit orders if the previous order has not been completely processed. For example, the original order has not been cancelled or the order has not been confirmed.
