- Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT)

XSpring Digital will work closely with issuing companies through the following steps;
- Perform due diligence
- Offer legitimate structuring to ensure everything is handled compliance with the relevant laws and regulations
- Develops the trustworthiness smart contracts
- Engages third-party audits to ascertain that tokens are as secure as possible
- Assist the issuer to consult with the SEC Office and prepare the relevant documents e.g. application, registration statement
- Assist the issuer to submit the application together with the registration statement and draft prospectus to the SEC Office
- After the application has been approved and the registration statement and draft prospectus filed with the SEC Office become effective, the digital tokens are primarily offered for sale on our ICO Portal platform
ONGOING OBLIGATIONS
After the completion of the offering, XSpring Digital continues to work closely with the issuer and relevant participants to disclose information, file reports to the SEC, coordinate exchange listings and payouts, until the end of projects.
