Warning Signs for Digital Asset Investors
As per the announcement of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), digital asset brokers must display a
designated warning sign when specific events occur as defined by the SEC. This requirement aims to notify
investors of significant events that may affect the price or risk of their investments.
XSpring Digital has therefore defined warning sign formats to provide clear and useful information to investors
when making decisions to buy or sell digital assets as follows:

Investors are advised to exercise caution when trading digital assets that have a significant price
change of 30% or more compared to the reference price (the trading price of the digital asset at the
same time during the previous 24-hour period). |
- When the price of a digital asset changes by 30% or more compared to the reference price (the
trading price of the digital asset at the same time during the previous 24-hour period), the
system will display a P30 warning sign for 30 minutes.
- If, at the end of this period, the price continues to fluctuate by 30% or more, the system will
extend the display of the P30 warning sign by 30 minutes and will continue doing so until this
condition is no longer met.
|
The system will remove the warning sign at the end of the designated period if it is determined that the
price of the digital asset has not changed by 30% or more compared to the reference price (the trading
price of the digital asset during the previous 24-hour period). |
