The identity verification (KYC) level determines the extent to which a customer has completed the verification process. Each verification level grants customers access to specific withdrawal limits for digital assets, as determined by the company’s policy.
At present, the company classifies newly onboarded customers under KYC Level 1. The applicable transaction limits are as follows:

If you wish to increase your daily withdrawal limits for digital assets, you can request a KYC level upgrade:
To upgrade, navigate to the bottom section of the mobile application, select More > Upgrade, and submit your upgrade request.
For the web trading platform, go to the Profile icon, select Account Setting > Upgrade (from KYC level section) to start the process.
Once your request is submitted, the company will provide details of the required documents via email. Below are the lists of relevant documents for each KYC level.
