Terms and Conditions:

1. The "Multi-tier campaign" is organized by XSpring Digital Co., Ltd.

2. The campaign starts on June 1, 2023, at 00:00 (GMT+7) and ends on July 31, 2024, at 23:59 (GMT+7), as specified in the company's trading system.

3. For new customers (new customers refer to trading accounts that have been approved (KYC) a trading fee of 0.05% will be applied for a period of 30 days after accounts are approved within 15 minutes. Once the 30-day period has elapsed, the trading fee will be adjusted to the same conditions as existing customers, as stated in condition 4 only.

4. For existing customers, the trading fee will be determined based on the accumulated trading value in the following tiers: When the completed orders are accumulated at the start of the campaign, orders that were placed before the fee adjustment will not be subject to the new fee. And the fee will take effect on the next day, not later than 00:20 (GMT+7).

5. After the campaign ends:

For existing customers, any orders created after the end of the campaign will be canceled within 24 hours. Such orders will not receive fee reductions from this campaign, and the customer's fee will be adjusted back to 0.15% based on the company's conditions.

For new customers who have received fee adjustments before the end of the campaign, the fee adjustment will remain valid for an additional 30 days or until the end of the campaign, as the case maybe, after receiving the adjustment. After the campaign ends, any orders created after that will be canceled within 24 hours. Such orders will not receive fee reductions from this campaign, and the customer's fee will be adjusted back to 0.15% based on the company's conditions.

6. The trading fees cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

7. XSpring Digital Co., Ltd. reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, or cancel the campaign and its terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the company's decision will be final.
