XSpring Digital Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) has scheduled the implementation of measures to enhance the prevention of mule accounts.
According to the announcement by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), the regulatory framework under Guideline No. NorPor. 1/2568 on “Guideline for Account Measures in Digital Asset Industry” dated on March 12, 2025. This framework mandates digital asset business operators in Thailand, under the supervision of the Thai Digital Asset Trade Association ("TDO"), to enhance customer due diligence measures and classify customers based on their level of identity verification (KYC).
To comply with this regulatory framework, the company has adjusted the maximum digital asset withdrawal limits per day as follows:If you are a new customer, the company will conduct thorough internal checks on identity verification before allowing withdrawals.
These measures are designed to prevent financial crimes, particularly the misuse of accounts as mule accounts, and are scheduled to take effect on March 31, 2025. The company reserves the right to approve withdrawals only under the specified conditions.
