Measures to Prevent and Combat Investment Fraud and the Screening of Digital Asset Mule Accounts

In accordance with the initiatives of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in collaboration with the Thai Digital Asset Operators Association (TDO) and digital asset business operators, to take action against "digital asset mule accounts", which may be used by fraudsters for transactions involving digital assets, thereby preventing fraud and the use of digital assets as a means to transfer assets obtained from illicit activities, XSpring Group (“the Group”) hereby formally announces that the Group has implemented stringent measures to monitor and screen mule accounts associated with illegal activities. Effective immediately, the Group will conduct thorough and rigorous checks on accounts exhibiting suspicious characteristics or behaviors, in full compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
