The Thai government has issued the Easy E-Receipt 2.0 project to stimulate the economy effective from January 16 to February 28, 2025. Individuals (excluding legal entities) can claim a tax deduction for the tax year 2025 of up to THB 50,000 by using electronic tax invoices (e-Tax Invoice) or electronic receipts (e-Receipt) from their spending on goods/services.
XSpring Digital is pleased to inform our valued customers/investors that we are participating in the Easy E-Receipt 2.0 project. Details are as follows:
1. e-Tax Invoice/e-Receipt issued for the following transactions on the XSpring Digital platform can be used to claim tax deductions in 2025:
- Fees paid for digital asset trading.
- Fees paid for digital asset withdrawals and THB withdrawals.
Customers/Investors can claim a tax deduction based on the actual amount spent, up to a maximum of 30,000 THB for eligible transactions under the government's policy. A full e-Tax Invoice/e-Receipt is required as proof of purchase (Learn more at this link).
2. e-Tax Invoice/ e-Receipt for eligible transactions on the XSpring Digital platform specified on 1. must occur between January 16 and February 28, 2025.
3. e-Tax Invoice/ e-Receipt will be sent automatically via the customer/investor’s registered email on the following day of transactions (T+1).
4. Other details follow the information outlined in the Easy E-Receipt 2.0 project as set by the government.
